Built for changeover season
Twice a year, every customer with winter tires wants them on, or off, the same two weeks. MapleFix keeps the whole tire room in order: which customer's set is where, what shape it's in, and whether the storage fee has been charged.
What you record for each set
Each stored set gets a number (TS-0001 by default) and records the customer and vehicle, the season (summer or winter), brand and model, size, how many tires, whether they're on rims, the DOT code, their condition, the tread depth at each corner in 32nds of an inch, the rack location, the date stored and any notes. A set is either On the rack or Given back, so you always know what's still in the building.

Tags you can scan
Print tire tags four to a page, one for each tire. Each tag has a QR code, a coloured band for the season, the tag number, the corner and its tread, the customer's name and phone, the vehicle and plate, the rack spot and the date stored. Scan the QR code with the phone app to open the set straight away.
Storage fees, every season
Set your storage fee once in Settings. MapleFix adds it to the job, or puts it on its own invoice, as a clear line such as "Tire storage — winter tires (TS-0012)".
Tire orders for customers and for stock
Follow a customer's order from Ordered to Arrived, Customer told and Installed, and a stock order from Ordered to Received, which adds the tires to your stock. When tires arrive, MapleFix can send the customer a "your tires have arrived" email. Link the order to the job, which then shows it's waiting for parts, or to an estimate. Tire orders are numbered TO-2026-0001 and so on.
Sizes typed any way
Type a size as 2256517, 225 65 17 or 225/65/17 and MapleFix writes it as 225/65R17. LT and P sizes are understood too. Stock tires (winter or all-season) are kept with your parts and come off stock when they're billed.
