Repeat work is the best work
The customer who came in for an oil change in the spring is the easiest booking you'll get in the fall, if someone remembers to ask. MapleFix remembers for you.
Intervals you set once
Any item on your price list can carry a "next service" interval in months, in kilometres, or both. MapleFix starts you with sensible intervals for common services: a conventional oil change every 6 months or 8,000 km, synthetic every 6 months or 10,000 km, a tire rotation every 6 months or 10,000 km, a cabin filter every 12 months or 20,000 km and an engine air filter every 12 months or 30,000 km. Change them to suit your shop.

Due by date or by kilometres
When a job includes one of those items, MapleFix suggests the next service, such as "Apr 2027 or 69,450 km", and it prints on the work order and the invoice, so the customer leaves knowing when to come back. You can also add a reminder by hand. Because MapleFix keeps the car's odometer readings, it estimates when the kilometres will be reached, not just the date.
A list that tells you who to contact today
The reminders list shows overdue services first, then those due in the next 7, 30 and 60 days. It's on the computer and on the phone app, for owners and mechanics alike.
Send it in one tap, in your words
Text, call or WhatsApp the customer from the phone's own apps, or email them from your shop's address. The message starts from your template ("Hi Amira, your RAV4 is due for an oil change…") and you can change the wording any time. Then mark the customer contacted, snooze the reminder, or book a new job straight from the list.
